Dental Implants

Dental implants from caring providers

At Miracle Dental Center, we understand how difficult it can be to deal with tooth loss or damage. That’s why we’re proud to offer dental implants that can help improve quality of life. Whether you need a single tooth replacement or want to strengthen your bite by replacing many teeth, our experienced dentists can help.

What happens in a dental implant procedure?

Most dental implants are endosteal, meaning they reside in the jawbone. After an implant procedure heals and your dentist attaches a crown, the implant functions like a real tooth. To place a dental implant, your dentist will make a small incision in the gums and use specialized instruments to make space. Depending on your unique circumstances, the implant may or may not be fully under the gum at this stage. The second phase of treatment comes after the implant(s) have fully healed, which can take several months. Your dentist will attach a crown to the top of the dental implant. Once this is done, your implant journey is finished! Dental implant procedures require surgery and healing time, but the end result is very often worth it. While dental caps or crowns may do little more than cover up problems, dental implants can treat and prevent a number of mouth issues.
