What is composite restoration?

There are a few different options for filling cavities. For smaller-sized cavities, Dr. Frolov can use a composite filling or white filling. After removing the tooth decay present, Miracle Dentist will place the restorative composite inside the tooth, protecting your tooth and gums from further damage down to the root.

Though composite fillings are not as strong as amalgam (silver) fillings, they can still last up to 10 years or more while matching the aesthetic of the surrounding teeth. Dr. Frolov will talk to you about your custom treatment plan including which filling type is right for your unique situation.
