Miracle Dental Center Cancellation Policy

At Miracle Dental Center, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your dental appointment. We value your time as well as the time of our dedicated team and other patients. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Advance Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be in need of dental care.
2. Late Cancellations/No-Show: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations and no-shows.
3. Rescheduling: We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request without incurring a cancellation fee.
4. Emergencies: We recognize that emergencies happen. If you have a legitimate emergency that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule without imposing a cancellation fee.
5. Confirmation: We send appointment reminders via email, text, and phone call as a courtesy. However, the responsibility for keeping track of your appointment falls on the patient. It is important to inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
6. Multiple Cancellations/No-Shows: Frequent cancellations and no-shows may result in limitations on scheduling future appointments or require pre-payment for appointments or dismissal from the clinic.
7. Insurance Billing: Miracle Dental Center reserves the right to bill patients’ insurance for missed appointments if allowed under your insurance policy. Please check with your insurance provider for details on how missed appointments may affect your coverage.
